About Jenna Dias
Jenna Dias, the founder of Conscious Living, wants to help parents and individuals uncover the subconscious forces that shape their lives and relationships. With over 15 years of experience in psychology, conscious coaching, human resources, and neurofeedback, Jenna brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Her approach integrates cutting-edge psychological techniques with a compassionate understanding of how past experiences shape our present-day behaviour.
Jenna’s work focuses on one simple yet profound idea: to change how we interact with others, we must first understand ourselves.
Often, we unconsciously pass on our unresolved emotional baggage to our children and loved ones, unaware that these patterns are rooted in fear, past experiences, or unmet needs. Jenna’s conscious parenting coaching helps parents recognize how their reactions, fears, and expectations are formed by their past, and how they can shift those patterns to cultivate healthier relationships.
Through conscious coaching, Jenna guides individuals in identifying self-preservation modes and other subconscious habits that prevent growth. She believes that by taking control of our own internal world—our thoughts, feelings, and reactions—we can break free from the autopilot responses that keep us stuck in cycles of frustration or conflict.

She helps parents understand that their children are not within their full control, and that attempting to control outcomes in their kids’ lives often leads to power struggles and disconnection. Instead, Jenna encourages parents to focus on self-regulation, understanding their triggers, and showing up more authentically in their relationships with their children.
At the core of Jenna’s coaching is the idea that our past influences our present, often in ways we don’t even realise. We carry subtle but impactful memories of unintentional words, past hurts, and observed behaviours, which shape the way we navigate life, relationships, and especially how we parent. Without stopping to challenge these deeply ingrained beliefs, we may find ourselves stuck in familiar patterns—repeating the same conflicts, feeling burnt out, or giving too much of ourselves without understanding why.
Jenna helps her clients ask the critical questions: Why do I react this way? Where does this belief come from? Is it serving me and my family? By fostering greater self-awareness, parents can make conscious choices that promote authentic, respectful, and loving relationships with their children.
